Unique and so very, very Rare Victorian 1850s Black Watered Silk Salon Apron, edged in Hand Made Italian Chantilly Lace. The apron originates from Venice Italy.
Exquisitely hand made and stored since the 1860s
To fasten, there is a simple black silk rope fastening. The apron is adorned with spirals of black glass beads, this decoration is complete. The lace edging is 3" deep and is without rot or age marks. The watered silk is sound.
