Fabulous Unworn 1980s Skirt Suit
The appliqués is completely all hand stitched, the work is absolutely stunning.
There was a tag stating that it was a Bellino sample pre manufacture
Given the standard of the garment and fabric I would say it may be a possibility.
The shoulders are slightly dropped and the sleeves are generously cut.
The neckline has no collar but it is delicately cut to rest against the wearers shoulders, with a modest scoop
The bodice is styled to give a wonderful blouson shape. To the back, the garment may be worn in the skirt, loose or pulled in at the waist with perhaps silk ribbons to give more form.
The skirt is an absolute dream, very floaty and beautifully styled to give a loosely draped look.
