The garment was part of a fashion collection and has remained in its original 1952 worn once condition.
Made from ultra fine pure new wool and trimmed with silk Nottinghamshire lace.
This is a gorgeous set, and offers style and designer chic which is highly wearable today.
Suitable for work or a garden party maybe high tea and retro weddings and Goodwood
The bodice of the dress has layered lace, with the buttons being covered. There is lace to the hem of the dress and also to the placket of the jacket
