Vintage Art Deco Silk Wrap Shoulder Stole of a square shape.
Iridescent champagne silk with in the style of the forbidden stitch in vibrant colours
Made in 1921 from Indian silk with the embroidery being done in Madrid
The fabric retains its original shimmer which is truly mesmerising as the wearer moves.
All of the edges have macramé and tassels, which are complete and without damage and the item comes from a heirloom collection with providence as to its history
This is a beautiful, feminine item and has hardly any weight to it
It's quite rare to find one in this exceptional antique condition and this only adds to its beauty.
