Art Deco 1920s Pure Champagne Silk Lingerie, Slip or nightdress with dainty silk embroidery around the neckline, to the front and also back hem.
Original swing tag with price.
All the stitching has been done in silk thread. The fabric has a beautiful shimmering dainty daisy design woven throughout.
It really is a gorgeous little item.
The straps are slim, chic and are exquisitely made, with all seams etc being hand finished.
These delicious garments are wearable either in the boudoir, under a longer length garment or as a shift dress teamed with a little woolly bolero.
This garment is part of stock located in a store room, part of the CWS (Co-op) group.
Made by hand by out workers The garment is in ‘as found’ condition, without age spots or foxing. There are no holes, rips or shattering to the fabric.
It is pristine and highly wearable
This is a beautiful example of 1920s underwear.
All measurements were taken seam to seam when the garment was laid flat and have been provided as a guidance for you to compare against an item of ones own.
